Short version: we keep your save so you never lose it, we use play data only to balance the game, and you can delete all of it from inside the game. No ads, no trackers, nothing sold.

Who we are

Last Torii is made by Hold My Potion. For anything about your data, write to support@holdmypotion.net.

What we keep, and why

• Your save. Your progress, kept on your device and copied to our server under a random player number, so you never lose it and can play on more than one device. We need it to run the game for you.
• Your email, if you sign in with it. Only to send you sign-in codes and find your save on another device. Signing in is optional. We never send you anything else.
• Your Endless Parade name and best run. If you play the Endless Parade, the name you choose and your best wave are shown on the leaderboard to other players.
• Play data. When a run ends: the level, how far you got, the spirits you placed, the damage each one dealt, which enemies reached the shrine, your Omens and vows, and how long the run took. We read it only as totals, to make the game fairer. It never carries your email. You can turn it off: Settings › Your save › Play data.
• Reports you send. Only when you send one: your text, where you were in the game, your device type and screen size, and a picture of the map if you leave that ticked.

Your device also stores your settings (sound, music, numbers) so the game remembers them. There are no advertising cookies and no outside trackers.

Who helps us

These services handle data for us, only to run the game, under data processing agreements:

• Supabase: the database and sign-in, stored in London.
• Resend: sends the sign-in code emails.
• Cloudflare: hosts the game. Like any web host, it sees your IP address to deliver the pages and keep out attacks.

Some of them may handle data outside the European Union; where they do, it is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

• Your save, email and leaderboard place: until you delete them.
• Play data and reports: up to two years, then deleted.

Your rights

You can see, correct, move or delete your data, and object to play data at any time.

• Delete everything yourself: Settings › Your save › Manage my data › Delete my data. It removes your save, email, leaderboard place, play data and reports, on your device and on our server, at once.
• Stop play data: Settings › Your save › Play data: Off.
• For a copy of your data, or anything else, write to support@holdmypotion.net. We usually answer within a few days.

If you think we got something wrong, you may also complain to your local data protection authority, or to Lithuania's (the State Data Protection Inspectorate, vdai.lrv.lt).

Children

The game needs no personal details to play. Signing in with an email is optional; if you are under 16, ask a parent before you do.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be here with a new date. If a change matters for how we use your data, we will tell you in the game.
